When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of placing your order. Depending on carrier availability and destination location, estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days after the shipping date. We apologize for any potential delays due to customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delays caused by carrier service issues.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order status on www.17track.net.

What are your shipping rates?
We have a fixed shipping rate of $4.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we support worldwide shipping. However, if your country/region is not covered by our logistics network, we will notify you immediately and adjust your order accordingly. For more information about our shipping destinations, please contact us at service@ActiveTrim.com.

How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only permitted on the same day the order is placed, before 11:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time, GMT-7). You can contact us at service@ActiveTrim.com to request such changes.

Can I have my order shipped to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, this is possible.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on normal business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We partner with major international logistics companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which all connect with local courier services. This allows us to deliver directly to your door, and we are proud to offer a fixed, flat-rate shipping fee.

Some items will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouse, while others are manufactured and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
